The Bartlett Promise scholarship programme is a long-term project to provide a university education open to all, regardless of means. By attracting students from a broader range of backgrounds and diversifying the student body, they in turn diversify built environment professionals. Our challenge was not only to publicise this – so that potential future scholars could apply, but also to communicate clearly a lot of very complex information about the 4 different scholarships offered, and the details of how to apply. We created a bold campaign that enabled The Bartlett to communicate their commitment, and the bold and innovative steps being taken in addressing underrepresentation of students from diverse backgrounds within built environment higher education and industry.
